My name is Liz Modrell. I’m a certified fitness professional with over 25 years experience helping individuals just like you to reach their health and fitness goals. I teach people to eat right, exercise, lose body fat and change their life. I can help you too!
I work with professional men and women, seniors, general fitness enthusiasts and deconditioned/inactive individuals in your home, office or gym. I can also help you through my online personal training service where you can train with me no matter where you are.
So many health problems we face today can be prevented or improved by living a healthier lifestyle. The problem lies in the fact we are continuously bombarded with so many lies and misinformation pertaining to exercise and nutrition that we become so overwhelmed and confused we don’t know where to begin.
As my client, you are my #1 priority. Your needs, goals and results always come first. I will provide ongoing support and guidance, motivation, education and the accountability necessary for you to reach your goals. We will share the obstacles, setbacks, and successes on your journey to better health.
One size does not fit all and as a new client, you will receive a comprehensive evaluation resulting in an individualized exercise prescription designed specifically with your goals in mind. We will focus on a balance between resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility and proper nutrition and supplementation.
